Is TapeSwell strong enough for sealing cardboard boxes?

Absolutely, TapeSwell is a standard 2-inch carton sealing tape and it meets the United States Postal Services’ regulations and standards for mailability.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, gladly. We ship world wide using both USPS International First Class Mail and International Priority Mail. During check out both options and their associated costs will be presented based on your order size.

Is it safe for me to pay with my credit card on your site?

Absolutely, both the check out pages (where you enter your payment information) and the administrative side (where we process them) are protected by a 256 bit Comodo SSL certificate. This encrypts the information as it travels from your web client to our server, providing you with the best encryption security available. When entering a secure area within our site the URL will begin with "https" instead of "http" and you will see the lock icon in your browser (this appears in the lower left or right of the browser window depending on your browser).

I have a promotional coupon for a purchase on TapeSwell.com, where do I enter the coupon code?

You can enter your coupon during the checkout process. In Step 2 of 3 - Payment Information you can enter your coupon in the Redemption Code field.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, we have a wholesale program for qualified and legitimate retailers. Please review our wholesale policies.

Do you create custom tapes?
Yes, we specialize in printing full-color images on packing tape. The minimum order for a custom tape print run is 360 rolls. Please contact us for more details.
